31 वर्षीय रोगी को पेट मे दर्द की शिकायत के साथ भर्ती कराया गया। सीटी स्कैन दिखा रहा था स्वादुपिंड कि नली मे बहोत पथरी हैं और नली फूल गई हैं| पैशन्ट को सर्जरी की सलाह दी गई, जिसे Frey’s procedure कहा जाता हैं। पथरी को हटाकर, छोटी आंत के साथ नली को जोड़ एक नया रास्ता बनाया गया| सर्जरी कामियाब रही, और पैशन्ट को 5 वे ही दिन छुट्टी दी गई|
31-year patient came to hospital with complaints of pain in upper abdomen, nausea and vomiting. Pt had history of repeated hospitalisations for severe abdominal pain. CT scan showed stones in pancreas – Chronic Calcific Pancreatitis. Patient was advised surgery (Frey’s Procedure) in which stones are removed from pancreas and its duct is attached to intestine. After surgery, patient had excellent recovery and was discharged in 5 days.
30 વર્ષીય દર્દીને પેટના ઉપરના ભાગમાં દુખાવો તથા ઉલ્ટી-ઉબકાની ફરિયાદો સાથે દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો .સીટી સ્કૅન માં જાણવા મળ્યું કે દર્દીને ક્રોનીક પેનક્રેટાઇટિસ (સ્વાદુપિંડની નળીમાં પાથરીને લીધે નળી બ્લોક થવી) છે. ગુજરાત હૉસ્પિટલમાં દર્દીનું ઓપરેશન કરવામાં આવ્યું જેમાં તેની પેંક્રિયાસની મેઇન નળી ખોલી તેને નાના આંતરડા સાથે જોડવામાં આવી. ઓપરેશન પછી દર્દીને 5 દિવસમાં રજા આપવામાં આવી હતી.
